my rematch keeps crashing any ideas why the error is?

  If possible, a short video of when the crash happens would also be really helpful to narrow down the source of the problem.

  It’s the Xbox game pass version only doing this and I cannot move to steam or anything because I will loose all my ranks im elite in both modes over 1000RP on both and my characters and my leaderboard placements right now I’m top 100 on the Xbox leaderboards in both modes it doesn’t allow me to add a video and I can’t check my crash logs I just hopped off the pc to go asleep as it’s 5am uk time tonight I froze about 6-7 times had to end in task manager and reload and reconnect to my rank games and lost some of them because of this issue I stream this game on TikTok and kick too.

  Please check if the Windows option to see hidden files and folders is enabled, as the AppData folder is usually set to hidden by default.

  Thanks for the provided info, can you please also send us the crash report from when the crash happened?
  The default location in the game's installation files is - C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rematch\Runtime\Saved\Config\CrashReportClient
