Persistent MMR/RP Calibration Issue (Backend Check Request)

I'm experiencing what appears to be a persistent MMR/RP issue in Ranked 5v5.

Since Dynamic RP was introduced, I've consistently received **less than +20 RP for wins and more than -20 RP for losses**, even while maintaining a positive win rate. This has remained true for hundreds of games, making meaningful progression effectively impossible.

What's especially concerning is that multiple teammates I have played almost every game with, despite having fewer net wins and lower win rates—receive significantly better RP gains and have overtaken me purely because of their MMR.

This makes me believe my account's MMR may be stuck or incorrectly calibrated. If possible, could someone please investigate my account from the backend to verify that my MMR is functioning as intended? The behavior has persisted for months and does not seem intentional.

If it does function as intended I'd greatly appreciate for someone to explain to me why I'm being gauged at an MMR that makes my RP gains so little and what I can meaningfully do to upset / normalise my MMR in regards to my current rank.

(I've attached u.gg. screenshots that illustrate my points of a player with 1000 RP in elite (Sir Silver) and with a friend of mine I've played with ever since he hit diamond, Simo, (I was masters at the time) the latter while exclusively palaying with me has hit Elite now while I barely progressed up 1 full divion of amsters + 50 RP)

In these you can see that my winrate and my netwins are higher.)
