Floating and I couldn't touch the ball after a player scored

The game was working fine until it wasn't. I was playing and then randomly after someone scored and the was over everyone went invisible and then everyone appeared out of the ground and I was floating when I ran it was like low fps running but everyone else was either floating or floating running in normal fps. And after someone scored again, I couldn't run or touch the ball at all.

Could you please confirm your platform, region, and whether this happened once or repeatedly and if the goal replay happened too?
A short video of the goal and the issue happening would also help us determine when the issue occurs.
