EE takes ball while i got it in posession

Hello! Igot some strange situation with EE.
In this case
enemy use EE
doing first touch with EE
Then i got the ball in posession by defence pose
Enemy takes the ball while im in posession by 2-nd touch of EE
I think in normal case he might be go through me instead of taking ball
