Players Teleporting - Problem With Drag Shots

Player teleports from the right side of the net, to the left side of the net while shooting. Impossible shot to save. There was no server lag, no lag on my end, and the player wasn't lagging. Everyone playing saw it, and their team did it intentionally.
This is because of the volley drag system. When a player inputs a volley action, they'll get dragged in the direction they're facing. People do this to make the shots harder to save, or in this case impossible. You have to remove that drag system and force people to make more accurate passes. Its ridiculous having people fly around like they've got a rocket strapped to their back. And if you do it with a header the player just teleports!
FYI this was a tournament game in OT, and I'm the goalie. Losing the game because of a player teleporting, based on the mechanics YOU guys put in the game!
