Disconnected from ongoing match and penalized after server disconnect [Bug Report] & [Suggestion]
I got disconnected from an ongoing Rematch match and got penalized for it, even though it clearly wasn’t from my side, my connection was fine, I was in a Discord call and listening to music at the time, so this came from the server hiccuping and not from my internet.
The match was going well, and getting kicked out like that left my team down a player, then getting punished on top of that just feels really unfair and honestly pretty bullshit It makes me want to quit right then and there instead of waiting the full 3 minutes.

# Suggestion
Casual matches should not apply penalties when the disconnect is caused by server issues, If a penalty system is needed, it would make more sense for ranked matches or for repeated offenses (like leaving 3 matches), It would also help to have stronger checks for server side disconnects so players are not punished for something outside their control.

Sean MergedMe and my friends did casual 3 v 3’s and 90% of the time we were getting kicked from the games and it said “you have been disconnected from sloclap services” this is very poor and im very upset i paid £20 for this game when all it does is bug out. Im not happy with this at all. STOP DISCONNECTING US!!!

jayI always get penalities for no reason. Genuinely finna quit the game atp. Not even mentioning the constant freezing after s4 update. Great game. I want my money back.

AdamThis is the exact same problem I always have I want to know how to fix it I can’t play the game because every second I get disconnected and penalized the penalties don’t matter to me SINCE I CANT EVEN PLAY A MATCH

mackergaming MergedI can't seem to go a match without getting disconnected mid-way through the game. It says I lose connection to the server - I have to go back to lobby then reconnect, then reconnect to the game that is still being displayed. Never had an issue until last update. Game is unplayable for me right now.
My internet connection is perfect. 1gbps DL and 30mbps upload. No issues with any other games or connections.

CitravonYeah this has been an on and off thing for me recently, I went on a trip for a few weeks and upon coming back I just seem to randomly catch disconnects, me and my friends can even go maybe 5-10 matches completely fine and then it starts for me, I'll even get disconnected from the servers during the main menu

Miguelmy friends and I were playing a 5v5 Casual Match. Me and my other friend keep randomly getting disconnected and says we were penalized for leaving even though we didn't willingly leave.
