Recent patch made game laggy and ping spike

games been unbearable to play as of these past weeks. my ping has been usually high lately and makes the gameplay garbage

Could you please share your platform, region, log file, and video showing the ping spikes in-game? Please also confirm whether this happens every match or only sometimes.
