Save weirdly not detected bug as a goalkeeper. [PC].

I'm playing on PC. So i played match today and i was trying to save a shot and it looked like the game played animation of catching the ball but in the end it bounces off my head? and it's a goal. It's not related to network issue or ping as you can see on the video. Note that i was watching a twitch streamer on second mointor so i had my web browser on. Please look at this. I also want to mention i was using steam controller.
