Audio Bug, Only happens when i join someone.

If im playing on my own, 8/10 times the audio is fine no issues, Spotify in the background runs fine! But the moment I join someone or sometimes in the middle of a game the audio goes choppy and almost robotic, my wifi is fine, ping is fine, Ethernet cable is also fine so i dont think its to do with wifi or connection. It is Majorly distracting and sometimes unplayable, ive been playing Rematch for a while now and it hasnt always been like this for many updates its been fine but in a more recent one (which one im not sure) its started happening and its like the game is running too much or slowing everything else down? It even effects Discord aswell as Spotify and it shouldnt be anything to do with my PC as i manage to run games Larger and on a higher scale than i do Rematch. It does make the actions in game sometimes delayed and or camera stop moving/freeze screen/game. Its also at its worst when joining a game.
