Getting stuck in another player, after slide tackle in corner

During a 3v3 ranked match I played today, i got stuck in another player, after performing a sliding tackle with extra effort activated, while being on 0 stamina, in a 2v3 game situation (one of their teammates left already, after conceiding early). Neither me, or the opponent were able to lift the collision bug, I tried efforting, running, tackling and performing a dolphin, all of which didn't do anything at all, leaving us stuck and the lone enemy left being unable to defend the counter attack at all.
