Irreducible Gaul undershirt causes arm tattoos to bug out

Wearing the Irreducible Gauls undershirt causes arm tattoos to bug out and display incorrectly. It corrected itself in the middle of a game, then bugged out in the victory screen during the animation for the "Victory Mood". I get back out to the main menu and the tattoos are glitched the same as they looked in the last match end screen. It seems to be something related to how the tattoos are getting projected onto the character model and the undershirt throwing that out of wack half the time?
