Inventory managamente available

Ever since Season 4 started, I haven’t been able to access the Battle Pass, the Customization menu, or the Store. I want to customize my character and purchase items from the Store, but they’ve been unavailable for days. I can still play matches normally.
This issue has persisted for several days and I play on Xbox.
