Game freezing and missing sweeper/keeper at the end

While playing we were all experiencing freezing and lag spikes while all of us were at a consistent 40ish ping. While lagging the other team used this opportunity to score on us and in the final goal that they needed to Mercy us, none of us could get keeper or sweeper.
