Not getting 300 Quants after purchasing Captain Pass

Before buying Captain pass, I had 600 Quants so I top-up 500 more (via steam wallet) and got the pass.
There are 100x11 Quants in total for S3 pass so I should have 1,200 quants once I completed the pass.
But after completing the pass, my quants only shown 900.
300 is missing.

I top-up and expected to get further pass without paying more.
