Inventory/Store/Customization unavailable + unintended access to unreleased content
Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with my account that seems related to inventory and backend services.
When I launch the game, it takes longer than usual to connect (around 2 minutes). During this time, it shows “No Region”, and only after a while it switches to “South America” and lets me enter the lobby.
However, once I’m in the game, I cannot access several features:
Store
Battle Pass
Character customization
There is also an in-game message saying that inventory management services are unavailable, and that customization is inaccessible.
Additionally, I seem to have unintended access to unreleased content, such as:
Exclusive titles that should not be available yet
Banners and other items that have not been released
This makes it feel like my account is in some kind of “developer” or incorrect state.
I want to clarify that I have NOT used or attempted to use any cheats. There were suspicions about this, but I already spoke with Hiroto (Brazilian Federation President), and he confirmed that I did not attempt to cheat.
I have already tried:
Verifying game files
Reinstalling the game
But the issue persists.
My in-game username is CHAOS | GHOSTz.
Could you please check if there is something wrong with my account or server-side data?

I’ve tried reinstalling the game but the bug persist.
The game also takes way longer to connect, I’m playing on an Xbox series X. -

PyaKura AdminHi! Apologies for the delay. While we can't fix the issue on our end due to it being a network configuration issue on players' end, here are two workarounds you can try to avoid the issue:
- Use another network if possible. Affected players have reported not getting the error anymore when using their mobile network to log into the game.
